- 150 gbacon strips
- 125 gsea salt
Step 1Without using oil, fry the bacon in batches in a frying pan until very crispy. Remove, drain on kitchen paper, leave to cool. Finely grind the bacon in batches in a food processor, remove.
Step 2Mix the salt with the bacon, blitz again briefly in the food processor, transfer to the clean jars, seal tightly.
