Brisket Beer Mop

- 13-ounce/350 milliliters beer
 - ½cup/120 milliliters cider vinegar
 - ⅓cup/80 milliliters water
 - ⅓cup/80 milliliters light oil
 - 1small onion, diced
 - 3cloves garlic, minced
 - 1tablespoon/15 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
 - 1teaspoon/5 milliliters pepper
 - 1teaspoon/5 milliliters salt
 - 1teaspoon/5 milliliters cayenne
