Black Sesame and Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients
- ¾cup all-purpose flour
- ½teaspoon baking soda
- ½teaspoon baking powder
- ½teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼teaspoon salt
- 1large banana, mashed
- ¼cup white sugar
- ¼cup packed brown sugar
- 1egg white
- 2tablespoons milk
- 1tablespoon canola oil
- ½teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓cup black sesame seeds
- ⅓cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.Step 2
Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together in a bowl. Mix banana, white sugar, brown sugar, egg white, milk, canola oil, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl; stir into flour mixture just until batter is moistened. Fold sesame seeds and walnuts into batter; pour into prepared loaf pan.Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
