- 3large eggs (separated)
- 1cup sugar
- ⅓cup oil
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean scraped)

- ½cup milk
- 1-quart yogurt
- 8ounces cream cheese (or 1/2 quart yogurt)
