Ingredients
- 1pound ground chicken (preferably breast)
- 1small carrot, grated
- 2green onions, minced
- 2cloves garlic , minced
- 2teaspoons dried parsley
- 2teaspoons dried basil
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4hamburger buns, toasted

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the cooking grate.Step 3
Combine ground chicken, carrots, green onions, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper together in a large mixing bowl. Do not overmix.Step 4
Shape mixture into 4 to 6 patties and place on wax paper. The mixture will be soft.Step 5
Place patties on oiled grill and allow to cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. The patties are cooked once they reach an internal temperature of 165 F.Step 6
