- Serves: 8 persons
- 1pastry dough, rolled into a circle
- 4 tbspground almonds
- 2 ½ dlmilk
- ½ bagvanilla pudding powder
Step 1Roll out the dough, place in a baking tin lined with baking paper (approx. 30 cm in diameter). Prick the base firmly with a fork, sprinkle with the almonds. Fan the pears on top. Mix the milk and vanilla pudding powder, pour the mixture over the pears.
Step 2Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Remove the tart from the tin, serve lukewarm or cold.
