Ingredients
- 1pastry dough, rolled into a circle
- 4 tbspground almonds
- 4pears
- 2 ½ dlmilk
- ½ bagvanilla pudding powder
Instructions
Step 1
Roll out the dough, place in a baking tin lined with baking paper (approx. 30 cm in diameter). Prick the base firmly with a fork, sprinkle with the almonds. Fan the pears on top. Mix the milk and vanilla pudding powder, pour the mixture over the pears.Step 2
Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Remove the tart from the tin, serve lukewarm or cold.
