Danilo's Corned Beef Sandwich
Corned beef on rye with Russian dressing and cole slaw is easily the most delicious sandwich ever created.
- Serves: 1 person
- 2 ounces corned beef (thinly sliced)
- 2slices Jewish rye bread
- 2 tablespoons Russian dressing
- 1 cup Coleslaw
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Heat the corned beef in the microwave for a few seconds until it is just warm.
Step 3Spread one side of each slice of bread with Russian dressing .
Step 4Scoop some coleslaw onto one slice of bread and spread it around. You want a nice, thick layer of slaw.
Step 5Arrange the warm corned beef on the other slice of bread.
Step 6Join the sides together, slice, and serve with a dill pickle.
