- 1 slicewhole grain bread
- 1 tbspbutter or olive oil
- 1egg π₯
- 1 pinchsalt & pepper

Spread on bread, add salt & pepperStep 3
Heat butter, break egg onto the skillet, cook it uncovered until the whites set. Cover it up to get a more firm yolk.Step 4
