Ingredients
- 100 gBrussels sprouts
- 80 gwashed, prepared kale
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspchilli flakes
- ¼ tspsalt
- 1lime
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the sprout leaves with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.Step 2
Approx. 30 mins. in an oven preheated to 130°C (convection). Remove, sprinkle with the lime zest, allow to cool slightly, serve as crisps.
