Cherry Puffy Pancakes Recipe

- ¼pound cherries
- 2eggs
- ⅓cup milk
- ⅓cup flour
- ¼teaspoon salt
- 2teaspoons sugar
- 1tablespoon butter
- Garnish: powdered sugar for sprinkling

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Pit the cherries , pulling them into large pieces as you do so.Step 3
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.Step 4
In another medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.Step 5
Put the butter in a 10-inch frying pan and put it in the oven to melt. Remove from the oven and set aside.Step 6
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and beat to combine. Add cherries.Step 7
Pour batter into the hot, buttered pan and bake for 20 minutes. Turn down oven temperature to 350 F and continue baking until pancake is puffed and well browned, about 15 minutes.
