Balsamic Peppers Side Dish

Ingredients
- 1large red bell pepper
- 1large orange or yellow bell pepper
- ¼cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- ⅛teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼teaspoon salt

Core and seed the bell peppers.Step 3
Cut the peppers lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices.Step 4
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.Step 5
When the oil is very hot, add the sliced peppers.Step 6
Sauté the peppers for 5 to 7 minutes, until they are tender but still firm.Step 7
