Ingredients
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 750 gsquash
- 300 gleek
- 1garlic clove
- ½ bunchthyme
- 5 dlvegetable bouillon
- 500 gpasta
- 100 gsemi-hard cheese
- 40 gdried cranberries
- 2 tbsppumpkin seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a cooking pot. Add the squash, fry for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the leek, garlic and thyme, fry for approx. 5 mins.Step 2
Pour in the stock, add the pasta, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins. Mix in the cheese, cranberries and pumpkin seeds, serve.
