Soymilk Flaxseed Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1cup all-purpose flour
 - 1cup soy milk
 - 1egg
 - 2tablespoons flax seeds
 - 1teaspoon baking powder
 - 1teaspoon white sugar
 - 1teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions

Stir flour, soy milk, egg, flax seeds, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
