Indian Spice Roasted Cauliflower

- 4tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1teaspoon cumin
- 1tablespoon garam masala
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½teaspoon salt
- 1head cauliflower (rinsed, cored, florets cut into 2-inch pieces)

Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a rimmed baking pan with foil.Step 3
In a large mixing bowl , combine the butter with the spices and salt, whisking until blended.Step 4
Add the cauliflower and toss with a spatula to coat it completely with the butter and spice mixture.Step 5
Distribute the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking pan.Step 6
Roast for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the stems are tender and the edges are browned.Step 7
