Lemon and Garlic Broccoli
This lemon garlic broccoli is an easy recipe. The broccoli is briefly steamed and then quickly sautéed in garlic butter and tossed with lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1large bunch broccoli (trimmed, or about 1 pound frozen broccoli florets)
- 3tablespoons butter
- 2cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 3tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt (to taste)
- Optional: black pepper (to taste)

Steam the broccoli florets until tender but firm, for 3 to 5 minutes, as desired.Step 3
Heat the butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat until the foaming subsides.Step 4
Add the garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1 minute.Step 5
Add the steamed broccoli, lemon juice, and salt and pepper (if using) to taste. Cook, stirring, for about 1 minute, or until just combined.Step 6
