Huli Huli Chicken

  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl mix brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, chicken broth, ginger root, and garlic.
  2. Step 2

    Reserve a small amount of the marinade for basting. Marinate chicken overnight or for at least 8 hours
  3. Step 3

    Drain chicken
  4. Step 4

    Cover chicken and Grill on an oiled rack for 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170. Baste occasionally
  5. Step 5

    You Can eat this with rice, or whatever you prefer
