Spicy microwave popcorn
Enjoy a snack that’s healthier than crisps. Sesame oil adds flavour and helps the spices stick to the popcorn, but you can use olive or rapeseed oil instead
- Serves: 6 persons
- 50g corn kernels
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 1tsp garlic granules
- 2-3 tsp smoked paprika
Step 1Tip the corn kernels into a large heatproof bowl, cover and microwave for 5-8 mins, or until the popping stops.
Step 2Stir in the oil and spices, and toss well to coat. Will keep in an airtight container for up to a week.
