Easy Pizza Cupcakes

These simple to make pizza cupcake appetizers are fun to make. I always helped my grandma make these when I was younger.

Ingredients

• 0.75 cup pizza sauce
• 1 (12 ounce) package English muffins, split
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni, or to taste

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Spread pizza sauce on cut slices of each muffin. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce. Top each with some pepperoni. Place on a cookie sheet.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, 12 to 15 minutes.
