Easy Pizza Cupcakes
These simple to make pizza cupcake appetizers are fun to make. I always helped my grandma make these when I was younger.

Ingredients
- ¾cup pizza sauce
- 1(12 ounce) package English muffins, split
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½cup sliced pepperoni, or to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Step 2
Spread pizza sauce on cut slices of each muffin. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce. Top each with some pepperoni. Place on a cookie sheet.Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, 12 to 15 minutes.
