- 10ounces cherry tomatoes, or grape tomatoes
- 2tablespoon avocado oil
- ½teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Gather the ingredients. Place the rack in the center and preheat the oven to 400 F.Step 2
Remove the stem and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place them cut side up in a single layer in a foil-lined baking pan.Step 3
