- 800 gmealy potatoes
- 100 ggrated Gruyère
- 4 dlsingle cream
- 1garlic clove
- a littlenutmeg
- ¾ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
Step 1Layer the potatoes and cheese in the prepared dish so that they overlap slightly.
Step 2Mix the single cream with the garlic, season, pour over the potatoes.
Step 3Approx. 1 hr. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
