- 800 gmealy potatoes
- 100 ggrated Gruyère
- 4 dlsingle cream
- 1garlic clove
- a littlenutmeg
- ¾ tspsalt
- a littlepepper

Step 1
Layer the potatoes and cheese in the prepared dish so that they overlap slightly.Step 2
Mix the single cream with the garlic, season, pour over the potatoes.Step 3
Approx. 1 hr. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
