Easy Grilled Veal Chops
This veal recipe is simple yet delicious. Serve it up with some grilled vegetables and make a great meal.
- Serves: 6 persons
- 6veal chops , about 1 1/2 inches thick
- 3tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.
Step 3Coat chops with oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Step 4Place veal on the grill and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.
Step 5Remove chops from the grill and allow them rest for 5 or so minutes covered with aluminum foil.
Step 6Serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy.
