Strawberry & elderflower rosé punch

Serve this refreshing tipple at a summer party. Made with a blend of sparkling rosé, elderflower liqueur and fresh strawberries

  1. Step 1

    Tip half the strawberries and the elderflower liqueur into a measuring jug, and crush using a cocktail muddler or the end of a rolling pin until the strawberries have released their juice. Strain through a fine sieve into a large, clean jug filled with ice.
  2. Step 2

    Stir in the rosé, soda water and remaining strawberries. Pour into glasses to serve.
