Skinny White Chocolate Peanut Butter Latte
All the great flavors of white chocolate and peanut butter without all the calories!
- Serves: 1 person
- 1tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
- 1cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
- 2(1 gram) packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
- 1cup coffee
Step 1Pour white chocolate syrup into a mug.
Step 2Heat almond milk, peanut butter powder, and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and froth with an immersion blender. Pour milk into the mug, holding foam back with the back of a spoon. Add coffee and top with foam.
