Peachalicious tea
Treat yourself to an easy, summery whisky serve. This fruity tipple has subtle smoky flavours balanced by sweet lychee and peach, and orange bitters

Ingredients
- handful ice cubes
- 50ml smoky blended whisky
- 185 ½ml lychee liqueur
- 25ml sugar syrup or gomme
- 75ml lemon juice
- 150ml peach iced tea
- 6dashes Angostura orange bitters
- crushed ice, to serve
- mint sprig, to garnish (optional)
- peach slice, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker and then add all the remaining ingredients except the crushed ice and garnishes. Shake to combine and until the mixture is chilled. Add the crushed ice to a goblet glass and then double strain into the glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of peach, if you like.
