Bloody spritz
Mix up a refreshing spritz cocktail with smooth whisky, fruity peach and orange flavours, and sharp blood orange. Simply shake, top up and serve

Ingredients
- ice, plus extra to serve
- 185 ½ml scotch whisky
- 60 ½ml peach liqueur
- 25ml orange liqueur
- 25ml fresh blood orange juice
- 6dashes Angostura orange bitters
- soda water to top up
- slice blood orange, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Put the ice in a cocktail shaker and then add all the ingredients, except the soda and garnishes. Shake all the ingredients until chilled and well mixed, and then double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda and garnish with a blood orange wheel, if you like.
