Bloody spritz

Mix up a refreshing spritz cocktail with smooth whisky, fruity peach and orange flavours, and sharp blood orange. Simply shake, top up and serve

Ingredients

• ice, plus extra to serve
• 185.5 ml scotch whisky
• 60.5 ml peach liqueur
• 25 ml orange liqueur
• 25 ml fresh blood orange juice
• 6 dashes Angostura orange bitters
• soda water to top up
• slice blood orange, to garnish (optional)

Steps

1. Put the ice in a cocktail shaker and then add all the ingredients, except the soda and garnishes. Shake all the ingredients until chilled and well mixed, and then double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda and garnish with a blood orange wheel, if you like.
