Slow Cooker Pineapple Casserole
This pineapple casserole makes a tasty side dish to serve with baked ham. It's made with cornbread dressing crumbs, crushed pineapple, and eggs.

Ingredients
- 1can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- ¼cup evaporated milk
- 1cup packaged cornbread dressing crumbs
- ¾cup sugar
- ¼cup melted butter or margarine
- 3large eggs, beaten

Step 1
Lightly butter the bottom and sides of a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker (or use a baking dish that fits in a larger slow cooker).Step 2
Combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour the pineapple mixture into the slow cooker.Step 3
Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours.Step 4
Serve with baked ham, roast pork or chops, or smoked pork shoulder.
