Serve this classic crowd-pleasing aperitif spritz before a dinner party. It's made with red amaro liqueur, prosecco and garnished with an orange peel twist.

- handful of ice
- 50ml Campari
- 90ml dry prosecco
- 15ml sparkling water
- orange peel twist, to garnish
Step 1Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour over the liqueur and prosecco.
Step 2Top up with sparkling water and stir, then drop in the orange peel twist to garnish.
