Campari spritz

Serve this classic crowd-pleasing aperitif spritz before a dinner party. It's made with red amaro liqueur, prosecco and garnished with an orange peel twist.

Ingredients

• handful of ice
• 50 ml Campari
• 90 ml dry prosecco
• 15 ml sparkling water
• orange peel twist, to garnish

Steps

1. Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour over the liqueur and prosecco.
2. Top up with sparkling water and stir, then drop in the orange peel twist to garnish.
