Ingredients
- 150 gelbow macaroni
- salted water
- 120 gfrozen peas
- 100 gham slices
- 2fresh eggs
- 1 dlmilk
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 400 graclette cheese in slices
- ½ bunchchives
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until just al dente. Add the peas and cook briefly. Drain the macaroni and peas, transfer to a bowl. Roll up the ham, cut into strips with scissors, add to the macaroni.Step 2
Mix the eggs and milk in a measuring cup, season.Step 3
Divide the macaroni mixture between the raclette pans and top with a little of the sauce. Precook on the raclette grill plate for approx. 5 mins. Top with the cheese, melt under the raclette grill for approx. 10 mins. Chop the chives with scissors, sprinkle on top.
