Air-fryer pigs in blankets
Make homemade Christmas pigs in blankets easily by using your air fryer. If you like, add flavourings such as sage leaves
- Serves: 4 persons
- 8rashers smoked or unsmoked streaky bacon
- 8pork chipolatas
Step 1Wrap one rasher of bacon around each chipolata, then arrange in a single layer in the air-fryer basket.
Step 2Cook at 180C for 10-12 mins until the bacon and chipolatas are cooked through. If you prefer your bacon extra-crisp, cook for a few minutes more, but keep a close eye on the sausages.
