Easy Caramelized Macadamia Nuts
Caramelized or candied macadamia nuts is one of the easiest recipes to make and delicious on their own or sprinkled on salads.

- ½cup macadamia nuts (halved)
- ¼cup castor sugar (superfine sugar)

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Heat a small, heavy-based saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar and macadamia nuts to the pan and stir.Step 3
Continue stirring gently until the sugar has melted and the macadamia nuts have caramelized.Step 4
Carefully transfer nuts onto waxed paper. Allow to cool.Step 5
Once cool, break into pieces. When completely cool, store in a tightly covered container.
